Every Body is Good!

Every Body is Good! is a line of products that are exclusive to Kickstarter, to fund the process of making the business completely size and shape inclusive. Helping more inclusive spaces come to life and target those interested in body positive merchandise!

As a professional designer of costumes and custom apparel, Tucker Ellis regularly (and by necessity) constructs pieces for a range of body shapes and sizes. The items are normally tailor-made patterns for specific performers or individuals. Master-pattern books containing “foundation patterns” or “blocks” have been used for centuries by tailors and dressmakers in building garments, but there has yet to be a modern pattern book developed for costume and apparel that takes into consideration diverse body shapes and sizes. Working with a range of real-world individuals, the objective in this project is to create a contemporary, inclusive master-pattern folio.
