Follow the adventures of a young woman, Pacari Pendergast, as she decides whether to stay in the shadows or become a hero people admire.

This story takes place in Emerald City a couple of months after Dawn has become a hero. Having found a lead on a serum that awakens peoples' powers, she has sprung into action to shut it down. Having fought in the shadows under the cover of night, she feels it is time for someone to take a stand and become a symbol of hope for the people being affected and the' evildoers that have been taking advantage of the cities' lack of protection.
