Signs of Life
Location data alone is a poor indicator of safety. Bad things can happen to good people anywhere-including in their own home which is why Signs of Life uses dozens of data inputs beyond location data to determine if a user is safe. Users' contacts are automatically notified when a user cannot be confirmed as safe. Signs of Life will attempt to make contact with a user if the algorithm cannot verify their safety before sending emergency alerts to avoid false alarms.
In the event of an emergency, Signs of Life provides users' contacts with the relevant information to help the contacts find the user and intervene as quickly as possible. Signs of Life provides additional context to the location data-like who the user was with and which stores or restaurants the user visited leading up to the emergency event.
