Isidora and the Immortal Chains
Isidora and the Immortal Chains is in a genre called the Lovecraftian Dark Heroverse. Think Silver Surfer meets Constantine meets Lovecraftian Horror. The premise is a young woman from Ancient Rome is drawn into the service of the King in Yellow and becomes his Herald.
For thousands of years she serves this role until she finally finds a way to place her master into hibernation and is free to exert her will and power to aid humanity. Issue #1 is set to kick off the series with 24 full color pages featuring the haunting art of Alper Geçgel and spectacular variant covers by Samantha Branch and Mark Goldfine, the latter colored by Sarah Perryman.
