smartQED is a Silicon Valley startup that uses powerful technology to help IT Operations/ DevOps teams solve problems faster.

The company provides a "self-learning" visual workbench for systematic Cause Analysis, making it easy for teams to jointly resolve problems while learning from user actions. Using the data gathered from its collaborative workbench, as well as through analyzing public sources (eg. Stackexchange) and private knowledge bases, smartQED also provides a recommendation engine that suggests possible solutions & root causes for complex problems. The product has been validated through a paid pilot with a multinational telco that is planning to roll out the solution to 100+ users.
